Other leagues may not agree, but ILH teams garnered the biggest point totals in the first HondaReport.com Boys’ Basketball Top Ten poll of the season.

HONOLULU—Defending state boys’ basketball champion Iolani collected all 15 first-place votes in the first HondaReport.com Top Ten poll of the season.

Iolani was joined by two other powerhouses from the Interscholastic League of Honolulu among the top three teams receiving votes from coaches and media Monday. Kamehameha was a solid No. 2 after winning the James Alegre Invitational tournament, while Punahou is at No. 3.

Rounding out the Top Ten are Kalaheo, Kaimuki, Maui, Kea’au, Radford, Saint Louis, Kahuku and Leilehua. Kahuku and Leilehua are tied at No. 10.
