Guy what's-his-name on Food Network has a tough job with all the traveling he does (did?) for Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. I'm pretty sure that all the goodness we can almost taste through the TV screen also came with a lot of work on the production end.

That said, this episode begins with Hillbilly Hot Dogs in West Virginia. Two buses stacked together next to a shack. The hot dogs are insane. I love hot dogs, too. Just had one from Costco the other day. (They don't have sauerkraut any more.)

I just wonder, when will someone in Hawaii serve up hot dogs with potato salad on top?
