Iron Man for 50 cents. Nice.

> Yes, Iron Man is already at the el cheapo movie theaters down Restaurant Row side already. COOL.

> From my pal, Hiroshi Brown: "Sex in the city, pre-knowledge is unnecessary, I think I've seen one episode. Seeing the movie I think i understand it now, it's like Star Trek for women."

> George Lucas has adopted children. Also cool. >One of them is an MMA fighter. She's a girl.

> Supposedly, if you believe what you read on Wikipedia, the sixth and final season of Homicide: Life on the Street was a major drop from the first five seasons. On the surface, I can understand why. Andre Braugher, as Det. Frank Pembleton, is AWOL. (I don't know the details, but he was one of my favorite cop characters of all time.) Without Braugher, the series was much weaker, critics say. Well, I've been catching up on my Homicide reruns via Sleuth TV, and season 6 is pretty decent. A lot lighter without Pembleton's intensity and cynicism, but still good.

> Hungry Lion is gonna be famished soon enough. Walgreens is building a store on that property, so say sayonara to the Lion. I ate there a few times and it was pretty good. People (fans) told me that Hungry Lion's service slipped after the original owner sold out. Not sure myself, just like the food. But the best eating place in the neighborhood is a stone's throw up the street -- Bangkok Chef.
