Leveling off around 210/211 pounds.
Haven't lost more weight since Friday, but I'm still down 14 pounds since mid-May. My metabolism has been changing. More hungry, more often, but also exercising more. Sometimes I go work out at 2 p.m., sometimes 2 a.m. Not sure if that's a problem, but it works for me. Can't beat an almost-empty gym at 2 a.m. Love it. Now I'm thinking of working out more, not just three times a week. Maybe start doing some upper-body work, increase the metabolism more. Burn more calories. Delete all the flab!
