Note: Cut from the team -- tuna and all seafood; non-organic dairy, especially margarine; Spam/processed meats; msg; high-sugar, high-fructose products; high-sodium products; trans fat; low-nutrition carbs (white rice, flour noodles, potatoes, flour tortillas); fried food. I'll still eat these things occasionally, but they won't be on my regular menu or in my fridge.
Note: Eat more -- garlic; green vegetables; unprocessed, hormone-free meat; higher-nutrition carbs (brown rice, whole wheat bread, corn tortillas); low-sodium shoyu; olive oil; tofu products (tempeh). I'm not boycotting Subway cold-cut sandwiches. I'm just putting a limit to these items that are artificial rather than natural.
Weigh-in: 206 (3 am)
Intake: banana
Intake: pilaf, seaweed salad, veg meatloaf, brown rice (Kokua Co-Op)
Intake: Guru Lite energy drink (2 g sugar)
Intake: trail mix

Intake: club sandwich, green salad (Kona Brewing Co.)
Output: 10 minutes stretching
Output: 40 minute stationary bike (-301 calories)
Output: 6 pickup basketball games
Intake: Gatorade (powdered)
The skinny: Considering how much sour cream and fat I ate the past few days, I'm lucky I'm not 210. Actually, might've been around 208 or 209 before the workout. The veggie food at Kokua Co-Op was really tasty, not overly filling (of course). Just right.
