Yup, us old folk like sleeping early, getting up early.
I find myself sleeping earlier. Since Tuesday, when an old friend told me that our natural growth hormones enrich our bodies best when we're sleeping between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m., I've actually done plenty of sleeping during those hours. (Though not right now, since it's 3 a.m.) Since Tuesday, I've crashed out (from exhaustion, really, not by design) at midnight or earlier three times. That's three times in five nights. Good night!
