Guru Lite energy drink is highly recommended by at least one blogger, so I had to try it again.

I had it with lunch a few weeks ago. This time, I used it right before a workout a couple of nights ago. Low sugar and tastes pretty good.

The result was 337 calories burned, a pretty low number, but I felt good during the exercise. I had good energy, but after four or five days in a row of working out, I probably was due for lower numbers.

One way to see if Guru really works will be to rest a day or two, then come back and have Guru again before a workout. Seems the numbers are always higher after a day's rest.

I don't remember seeing another energy drink with ginkgo biloba, which is supposedly good for memory. I'm all for that, no question.

After consuming a number of Japanese energy and coffee drinks recently, it was nice to see a can with English letters on the top. Recyclable in Hawaii. Woohoo!

I can live with 10 calories in one drink. I just wish I'd stayed away from that mid-day iced tea two days ago -- the one with 35 grams of sugar. Yuck!
