Leveling out at 200. Time for a run to 190?

Cutting my beloved unsalted Deluxe Trail Mix was probably a big reason why I stayed at 200 despite missing three days of workouts. Cashews and almonds are great brain food and have no cholesterol, but still are dense will fats, and that's something I had to give up. I'm not completely abstaining from them, but it'll be moderation, moderation, moderation.
