Well Bento: Tempeh plate

Works out well when my oil-change place is right next to Well Bento.
I've only had one item there before: the Tempeh (Tamari style) plate. So that's what I got yesterday. It's not cheap -- $10 -- but the food is tasty and was made pretty quickly considering the big orders the two workers had to make.
If their plates were in the $6-$7 range, I'd go more often. These days, it's not a question of whether healthy food can taste awesome. It's just a matter of cost.

I'm not a fan of mac salad, but this one was almost low-fat. The gravy isn't real gravy; this one is not loaded with fat. But I don't know what it's made of. I should ask next time.
Unlike a lot of healthy food my mom had us eat as kids, I was filled up pretty good after this lunch. Wasn't hungry again for about four hours.
Well Bento and Kokua Market produce some really good food, just two blocks apart. I haven't tried Down to Earth since college. Might try them out sometime.
