Konawaena got the monkey off its back Saturday, outlasting No. 1-ranked Kahuku, 55-41, to win the Saint Joseph Classic title. Kalaheo captured third place with a 62-52 win over Kamehameha-East Hawai'i. However, Taylor Smith, who did not suit up, is due for an MRI Monday.
